User Data Deletion Instructions
Instructions on how to request the complete removal of your stored data and Meta permissions.
In compliance with Meta Platform Policies, users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data and revoke application permissions at any time.
Option 1: Self-Service Deletion via App Settings
- Log into your account dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings & Preferences > Account Profile.
- Scroll down to the bottom section and click "Delete Account & Purge Data".
- Confirm your choice. All associated API keys, chat logs, and Meta tokens will be permanently erased within 24 hours.
Option 2: Revoking Permissions via Facebook Settings
- Log into your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Select Business Applications or Apps and Websites.
- Locate Meta WhatsApp CRM and click Remove.
Option 3: Manual Deletion Request
