1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using our WhatsApp CRM platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Meta Developer Policies and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies.

2. Meta API Compliance & Responsible Use

Users must strictly adhere to Meta's WhatsApp Commerce and Messaging Policies. The following activities are prohibited:

Sending unsolicited spam, bulk marketing messages without opt-in consent, or fraudulent content.
Violating any local or international data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Attempting to bypass API rate limits or reverse-engineer the system infrastructure.

3. Account Termination & Liability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate Meta policies or engage in abusive messaging practices. We are not liable for account suspensions enforced directly by Meta on your WhatsApp Business Account.
